Course Aim and Objectives:
This 3-day training programme is designed for those who are starting out in the Hospitality Sector, whether you want to become a Catering Assistant in a hotel, a Cook in a care home, or you just want to widen your knowledge before deciding whether a career in hospitality is right for you. ‘Your Route to Catering’ will equip you with the basic skills and knowledge to enable you to gain employment within the Hospitality Sector.
We can introduce you to local employers and get you ‘employment ready’ helping to build your confidence and provide ongoing mentoring and career advice.
Qualifications you will achieve
CIEH Level 2 Foundation Certificate in Food Safety
CIEH Level 2 Foundation Certificate in First Aid
All Wales Passport Manual Handling Inanimate Loads
