Meet our trainers
Anita Tomaszewski
Anita started her career in the care sector 40+ years ago. Her passion for person centred care has taken her from working in care homes, delivering training and assessing NVQs for care workers in the local authority, to becoming a dementia care specialist. Anita is a founding member of Me Myself & I and is integral in providing support to people living with dementia and their family members.
Lisa Morgan
Lisa began working as a Support Worker in 2009 in a care home that specialises in dementia care alongside studying for a BSc degree in Health and Social Care. While working in this role, Lisa was enrolled onto one of Anita’s training courses, this is where their paths first crossed, she immediately resonated with Anita’s passion and her view of how care should be delivered.
“It was during this course that it all fell into place for me, and I knew almost immediately that I needed to be a part of the fight to change the culture of care for people”.
Lisa joined MMI as Anita’s deputy and hasn’t looked back since, her training reflects her hands-on experience along with her passion for providing excellent care.
