Course Aim and Objectives:
This training session will reinforce the importance of food safety and provide you with an understanding of how to identify and control food safety hazards in their own workplace.
Key Topics covered in this training include:
Food safety terminology, legislation that applies to food businesses and food handlers, current food safety regulations, food hazards, containing the risk of food poisoning, how to take food product temperatures.
Assessment & Certification:
This course is assessed by way of a multiple-choice questionnaire. Learners who successfully pass the assessment will receive a Level 2 certificate accredited by CIEH
Suitable for:
Anyone wanting to work with food or is in need of a refresher to renew their current Food Safety qualification.
