Course Aim and Objectives:

This training session will develop your knowledge of how to administer first aid to people in need.

Learners who successfully complete this training will learn how to assess and administer first aid for a wide range of illnesses, incidents and injuries.

Key Topics covered in this training include:

The responsibilities of first aiders, including how to contact and talk to emergency services, emergency first aid situations, including how to deliver assistance, first aid legislation, minimising infection, establishing consciousness and how to treat various illnesses and injuries.

Assessment & Certification:

This course is assessed by way of a multiple-choice questionnaire. Learners who successfully pass the assessment will receive a Level 2 certificate accredited by CIEH
