Course Aim and Objectives:

This training session will raise your awareness of key food safety issues, providing an induction into food hygiene.

Key Topics covered in this training include:

The risks associated with handling food, the importance of hygiene and cleaning, keeping food products safe and preventing contamination.

Assessment & Certification:

This course is assessed by way of a multiple-choice questionnaire.  Learners who successfully pass the assessment will receive a Level 1 certificate accredited by CIEH

Anyone wanting to learn about food hygiene at an introductory level.
